What Does this blood Test Result Mean?

Hello, I got a blood test done few days back it shows uric acid 8.2, BILIRUBIN -DIRECT 0.31, % TRANSFERRIN SATURATION 49.41% MONOCYTES - ABSOLUTE COUNT 0.17 MCV 101.5 MCH 32.1 RDW-SD 58.2 RDW-CV 15.4 Should I be worried about any thing. All other things are with in range for lipid, HEMOGRAM, liver test kidney test . I am 35, average weigh 5.9 height.

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern.

First of all your uric acid is elevated. This can lead to gout. High uric acid levels can be due to diet high in proteins, corn syrup,etc. It can also be due reduced excretion by the kidneys & certain drugs.
Your BILIRUBIN -DIRECT of 0.31, MONOCYTES - ABSOLUTE COUNT 0.17, MCH 32.1 & TRANSFERRIN SATURATION of 49.4 % are in normal range.

Your MCV, RDW-CV & RDW-SD are elevated slightly. This shows greater size of red blood cell with some size variation. This can be significant if you have reduced haemoglobin in blood.
